Your details stay between us.
This notice covers floriyan.com and the demo you book from it. It is short on purpose: we collect little, and we use it for one thing — talking to you about Floriyan.
What we collect
When you book a demo, our scheduling tool passes us your name, email address, timezone and anything you type in the booking notes. If you arrived from a link that names its source (a newsletter, a social post), we keep that source too. That is all.
Why
- to hold the demo and send the reminders and calendar updates that come with it;
- to prepare and send your 60-day checkout report;
- if you are interested in early access, to follow up with reminders and news about Floriyan. One reply stops those at any time.
Where it is kept
Your booking lives in our scheduling tool and in our own booking record, which the founders use to keep track of conversations. Both are access-controlled and used by our team only.
How long
For as long as we are in conversation with you. Write to hello@floriyan.com at any time and we delete your booking details.
What we never do
We never sell, rent or share your details with anyone. We do not run advertising trackers. This site uses privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without cookies and without identifying you.
Your store's data
If you go on to connect your store, your customers' data is covered by the agreement we sign with you at that point, not by this notice. Each store's data is isolated and never shared across stores.
